1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the “SHIPPED”. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
2. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot offer a FREE exchange. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. Are there no measurements or you want more information about a specific product? Email us!
3. For Non-Quality Problem
---Orders signed within 7 days:
We provide "7 Days No Reason Return/Exchange". That is, if you simply do not like it you can return freely. On this condition, buyer bear 2 ways shipping when returning to our address, which means buyer have to pay the return shipping, and deduct $9-50$ (depends on the item weight) from refund as shipping cost of our sent parcel.

For intimate clothes such as underwear, sexy suits, etc., we do not support any return or exchange of non-quality problems!
4. For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem
We offer FREE returns/exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR fault! If a problem is present, please inform us within 7 days of receiving.
You need to provide below information in the email.
①. Order number(Recipient name / E-mail)
②. The SKU of the products which need to return or exchange
③. Evidence pictures to shown faulty items
